Develop curriculum, manage teachers, and teach coursework for bespoke Global Impact Programme which includes the following courses: Skills Development Programme (SDP), Assimilation and Differences Across Societies (ADAS), Colloquy (A course based on Humanities and Sociology focusing on technical writing and critical thinking), Chinese History, Chinese Strategic Studies, Chinese Literature, and Ethics.
Manage twenty-three staff members from seven nationalities in a diverse academic department.
Designed an interdisciplinary curriculum focusing on Ethics (a required course for program completion).

This position allowed me to focus on language learning for students of all ages. With this company I developed materials used all over China for EF's Career Advancement Events. I also performed award-winning training for teachers in Shanghai and Guangzhou on teaching methods.
